This is our "Nitty-Gritty" page of sorts. The instruction page is where we post all of our lesson plans and write-ups that we may have.  After each class you can feel free to come back and review this page or if the next lesson is available, you can feel free to browse ahead so that you can be more prepared for the classes to come.

  If you check out one of the links to the left, you'll see one of the future lessons that we may have and you can also checkout any current or past lessons that you wish to refresh on, each instructor will post their lesson plans as soon as they become available.
